A new vision for Work Management: Work differently, together

We all know teamwork is messy and diverse. Therefore, it is important to start thinking beyond IT teams and focus on the million business teams such as finance, HR, marketing, and sales. Today, work is so different from what it used to be. During Corona the number of apps that are trying to help teams get their work done exploded. On average enterprises use more than 187 SaaS apps to manage the work of their teams. And from that comes a challenge that we want to solve together with Atlassian: enabling teams to work with the tools they want to work with while making sure everyone stays aligned. Connect where work happens whether that is in Asana, Trello, or Jira Work Management. Basically, where teams choose to do their work.

When you scale, status meetings no longer work. Most of the time they are waste of time. With Atlas you are no longer spending to find meeting times that suit all. Atlas works for everyone. Post updates and share it just as a perfect tweet. To keep updates short and sweet, Atlas makes sure to limit updates too 200 characters. This makes reading updates easier and more engaging.

People can add images and docs while creating updates. To make sure to reach all stakeholders, Atlas sends messages through teams and clack. You get all the signals on the device you want it.

We all want to know when projects will be really done. Often projects are to hart to estimate at the start. Atlas allows user to improve the due date during the project. As the project processes you can set a more specific date.

Most companies try to show teams by simple org charts. Even though it is interesting to see who is reporting to who, Atlas gives you an overview of which team is working on what. Every teammate has their own profile with a live view on what they are working on, what they achieved and how they fit in the company - always in sync with your source of truth. Also, each team has their own profile showing what they are working on and their skills and interest. All profiles will be available in Confluence and Jira Cloud.
