We couldn't be more proud to be recognized as the Atlassian Partner of the year 2021. Each year, Atlassian awards the Partner of the year in various categories for the past year. Why we think Atlassian software is the ideal foundation for efficient work and project management?  

The way a collaborative team works has changed, and a variety of new work models have emerged. Accelerated by the Covid 19 pandemic, many organizations have moved from face-to-face work to mobile work. As a result, collaborative work management plays a central role in the modern way enterprises work. While most IT teams were already working digitally in agile structures before the Covid 19 pandemic, this was not yet an issue for many business departments.

And that's where our Work Management Solutions for all business teams based on Atlassian products comes in. By placing business-specific solutions, we want great tools such as Confluence and Jira to be perceived not only as IT tools but also as ideal applications for business teams. 

Especially marketing teams often think of Monday.com or Asana first, while the IT department wants those teams to rely on Jira and Confluence. In order to perfectly adapt Jira or Jira Work Management and Confluence to the needs of business teams, we have entered into a strategic partnership with Caelor. In this way, we succeed, for example, in making pages in Confluence more engaging.

 

How can especially marketing teams use our solution to collaborate more efficiently? 

Together with the sneaker start-up Pluggi, we developed a unique work management solution for marketing teams. By combining Confluence and Jira Work Management, we have noticeably improved collaboration and created digital processes that are scalable and thus perfectly fit the company's rapid growth. 

With Jira Work Management, we have established content management and social media management processes so that the marketing team can plan and design content more efficiently. In addition, we have set up campaign management including a reporting function. Confluence acts as a knowledge base that enables collaboration while providing all information on campaigns and projects. By establishing checklists, templates, and workflows, fewer errors occur in the execution of marketing activities and the processing of influencer collaborations is twice as fast on average.
