Price update for Atlassian Cloud and change of Automation Limits

Atlassian announced a change affecting pricing for Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence Cloud, as well as Atlassian Access. This will take effect on October 18, 2023.

New limits for automations

Atlassian is launching new automation packages for all Jira cloud products on November 1st 2023. Each product edition (Free, Standard, Premium, etc.) will have a fixed number of monthly limits for automations from that date.

Why is it worth considering moving to the cloud now?

For Enterprise customers who want to move to Cloud but don’t have time to migrate before Server EoS in February '24, Atlassian will provide up to one year of server support as a dual license to customers purchasing annual cloud subscriptions on or after September 12th 2023.
In the 6-month Cloud Migration Trial, support for participating marketplace apps will now also be included.
