Over the last few months, our team has been working hard to become officially ITSM Specialized. Our investment to become ITSM accredited, our unique offering of Atlassian services and the successful completion of projects from well-known customers have helped us achieve this award.
We are proud to announce that we have now received the distinction of an official Atlassian ITSM Specialization Partner and we now hold all three specializations that Atlassian has to offer! In addition to this amazing accomplishment, we can also proudly announce that we are the first Atlassian partner with headquarter in Germany with all three specializations! This also includes being the first in Turkey, Croatia, BiH and UAE that have specializations for ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Cloud. What an incredible achievement!

Requirements to become ITSM Specialized
Being ITSM Specialized is not only about what we have achieved in the Atlassian ecosystem. It is a complete specialization that also requires the partner to complete ITIL courses, receive ITIL certifications, and close huge sales deals which serve thousands of customers!
In order to become ITSM Specialized, we have invested in our processes and consultants to improve their knowledge of ITIL and have received several ITIL certifications.
But knowledge is not enough to become ITSM Specialized. We have also worked with numerous enterprise customers to close deals and deliver ITSM Projects across the globe.
