Atlassian released the first features of Atlassian Intelligence (AI) in December 2023. Since mid-December, many of the AI features are no longer just in the beta phase, but are generally available for various Atlassian Cloud products, such as Jira Software and Confluence.
In this post, we want to explain to you what Atlassian Intelligence is all about: Which products it is available for, what features it offers, and how you can activate it. Learn how the combination of Atlassian tools and Atlassian Intelligence can make your workday easier.
What is Atlassian Intelligence?
Atlassian Intelligence is a collection of AI-powered capabilities across products bringing the power of AI to cloud products like Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas and Atlassian Analytics.
Teams can utilize Atlassian Intelligence to accelerate their work and reduce manual tasks. AI is your new virtual assistant in your daily work: It provides you with a compact summary of the completed tasks in a Jira Service Management ticket, a first draft for an introduction plan in Confluence, or supports you with search queries in Jira. The AI is available exactly when and where you need it.
